DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY
We are pleased to introduce a powerful new technology - the HP T250 press with integrated production line. With this investment, we have entered the inkjet printing segment and our offset printing house is beginning to write a new chapter in digital printing.

Thanks to a high degree of automatization and a production line that is directly connected to the printing machine, we print and bind the book block from the first to the last page in one click. All this while maintaining our high standards of print quality and bookbinding.
ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLINESS
What is also crucial for us, is the save-energy efficiency of the new digital machine. The use of water-based inks and the reduction in the number of scrap paper during production. All above and this, with the aim of minimising the negative impact on our environment. With the purchase of the new machine, we were able to decommission one of the older technologies that did not meet our strict environmental criteria aimed at environmentally friendly and sustainable production as well as systematically reducing our carbon footprint.

„Our printing house has always tried to combine honest printing craft with new and modern technology. For example, in the past, we were the first printing house in the Czech Republic to purchase, a 10-colour printing machine of the prestigious brand called Man Roland.
However, as we have been experiencing a long-term increase in demand in the market for the production of short-run printings, therefore, we began to look intensively for ways how to respond to this situation. Investing in a new digital printing machine enables us to fulfil orders where offset printing is becoming uncompetitive.
In addition, thanks to the standardisation of production, we are able to offer our customers a high degree of variability in the inner book blocks that our competitors are unable to offer. The second benefit is undoubtedly the speed of production as such.
We use the flexibility of the new machine not only for standard book orders, but also in the market for promotional diaries and notebooks. For instance, this means that each customer can have their own diary layout within the diary and their own logo or advertising page within the notebook, even if it is a smaller quantity of order.
